The Bridge Health Collective was founded to close the deadly referral gap in perinatal mental health. Too many mothers are identified as high-risk during pregnancy or postpartum, only to wait weeks or months for care — with devastating consequences for families.

Built on a insurance-agnostic model and led by PhD-level psychologists with expertise in maternal health, our team combines clinical rigor with proven experience in scaling healthcare operations. We are committed to a simple but urgent mission: ensuring that every mother, regardless of income or geography, receives the timely, compassionate care she deserves.
TBHC's Origin Story
The Bridge Health Collective (TBHC) was born from our founder's lived experience.
As a women’s health psychologist embedded in an obstetrics clinic, I saw firsthand how broken the system was. By the end of my very first month, my waitlist had already stretched six to seven months long. I could only serve, at most, 100 patients a month — and countless others were left without timely care.

I realized that the problem wasn’t just the volume of need — it was the way the system was built. Referrals were fragmented. Access depended on insurance. Too many women were falling through the cracks during one of the most vulnerable seasons of their lives.

That’s where the idea for TBHC was born: a model of care that integrates directly into OB and pediatric workflows, delivers warm handoffs within 48 hours, and never excludes a mother because of her insurance coverage.

My colleagues and I have each experienced — or witnessed — the pain of delayed, denied, or inaccessible care in pregnancy and postpartum. We founded TBHC to change that story. Our mission is simple but urgent: to ensure that every mother has access to timely, compassionate, and evidence-based mental health care, no matter her circumstances.
