Services

The Bridge Health Collective makes maternal and family mental health simple and straight forward. Book a session within 0-48 hours or establish long term care (or both) with a therapist or medication provider (or both). You can speak with your (or your partner's) pregnancy care provider or your child's pediatrician about a referral, or self-refer on our website.

Therapy

Emotional struggles in pregnancy and postpartum are more common than most people realize—affecting 1 in 5 mothers and 1 in 10 fathers. You don’t have to face them alone. With TBHC, a therapist specializing in perinatal and family mental healthcare can be available within 48 hours of your referral, or you can browse our directory to choose the right provider for ongoing support. We’re here to help you feel heard, understood, and supported at every step.

Medication Management

Medication decisions during pregnancy and postpartum can feel overwhelming. Having a prescribing provider who understands both maternal health and psychiatry means you get care that is safe, evidence-based, and tailored to you and your baby. Our specialists help you navigate medication options with confidence—balancing mental wellness with the unique needs of pregnancy and new parenthood.
